Thanks to QuickBooks advances many methods are available to reduce data entry as long as have a PDF file of the bank statement that don't have to retype what is already on the bank statement.
Have used many of the methods myself using the bank feeds but also using Excel and copying info into QuickBooks which makes doing the basic bookkeeping much less consuming and no errors.
